Inside the Pool: 15 persons max

Inside the Pool House: 48 persons max

Outside on the Pool Decking: 80 persons max

We hope everyone has a fun, cool summer by being able to utilize the community pool. However, safety is of utmost importance.

Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty. All residents and their guests must adhere to the following rules:

Pool Rules

Follow all posted rules
No child under the age of 16 allowed without adult (18 yrs+) supervision
Guests must be accompanied by an authorized homeowner or renter
No glass containers are allowed
Children who have not yet been toilet-trained must wear “swim diapers” specifically designed to be worn in the water (Broken glass or fecal matter in the pool will be cause to shut it down until it is cleaned and deemed safe for use.)
Parents: please make sure your children know you expect them to behave with respect toward other adults and their children and/or guests as well as community property. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
